Motherhood changes us in ways we never expect, and sometimes in the process of giving so much, we forget that we matter too.

Mystery & Wisdom is an online space for you to slow down, breathe, and remember who you are. You can do this alone, or connect with others within our community spaces.

For us, it’s not about doing more; we do too much already. It’s about feeling more like you, the person you are or want to be separate from life’s labels.

About me

I am a mum, education mental health practitioner, M&W coach, business owner, woman, and wife.

With life's labels out of the way, I am a coffee loving, connection seeking, introvert who values spending time with her family either in nature or snuggled under blankets watching movies with biscuits.

I believe everyone has a purpose and I thoroughly enjoy supporting others to discover theirs.

Mystery & Wisdom is a passion project of mine to help mums with their mental health & wellbeing, as well as their children's.
