Introducing "Nurtured Mama" – a transformative coaching programme designed to help Muma's rediscover themselves amidst the beautiful chaos of motherhood. Are you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from your own needs? "Nurtured Mama" is here to guide you towards self-care, self-love, and true life fulfilment.
With three 1:1 coaching sessions and continuous Voxer support throughout, you'll receive the support and tools you need to balance motherhood with your personal well-being. Our programme will help you reclaim your joy, nurture your spirit, and shine as the incredible mum you are.

1. Receive your welcome packet via email:
- Learn the foundations of wellbeing and importance of self-care.
- Complete the included quiz to identify areas of focus.
2. 3 up to 1-Hour 1:1 Coaching Calls:
- Dive deep into your current self-care practices, reflect on what is working well in your life... and not so well.
- Create an action plan based on your values, interests, and commitments. Your plan is unique to you, during our session we ensure that it is full of practical and achievable strategies to enhance your wellbeing.
3. Voxer support throughout the duration of the program:
- Stay accountable with ongoing support on Voxer
- Address challenges, celebrate successes, and refine your plan as needed with me.
When I became a mum, my world transformed in the most beautiful and overwhelming ways. My days were filled with the joy and demands of caring for my little one, but somewhere along the journey, I lost sight of myself. My own wants and needs took a backseat to the demands of motherhood. I felt a deep love for my baby but also a growing sense of emptiness and loss for the woman I once was.
I realised I had forgotten how to nurture myself, how to find joy and fulfilment outside of being a mum. It was a difficult and emotional journey, but I began to take small steps toward self care and self love. I carved out moments just for me, reconnected or found new passions and interests, and learned to balance my commitments as a mother with my personal wellbeing. Gradually, I started to feel whole again, discovering that by taking care of myself, I could be an even better, more present mother.
Nurtured Muma is the product of my journey, created with the hope of helping other mums like me rediscover and nurture themselves.

Hey, welcome to Nurtured Muma! It is so lovely to be connecting with you, I am so excited to share your journey. Together we will explore what makes you, you, and slowly transform your habits, routines, and self awareness to live a life you love and deserve.
I believe that we all should have access to the tools and information we go through in this programme, whilst also focusing on you as an individual who has different wants, needs, and commitments to other people.
My approach is to be led by you, the implementation of our conversations is where the change is at. The more you share and reflect in our 1:1 sessions the clearer our steps will be to get you to that dream life you have imagined.
I come with 30+ years on the planet, 4+ years working in mental health, 2+ as a coach, and 1+ as a mum myself.
Whilst I am an anxious introvert our sessions are calm and safe for you to fully explore within yourself. You need nothing but yourself for our sessions, though hot drinks and biscuits are encouraged whilst we have a good old chat.
