Meet the Founder

Tay Sturgeon

I am a mum, education mental health practitioner, M&W coach, business owner, woman, and wife.

With life's labels out of the way, I am a coffee loving, connection seeking, introvert who values spending time with her family either in nature or snuggled under blankets watching movies with biscuits.

I believe everyone has a purpose and I thoroughly enjoy supporting others to discover theirs.

Mystery & Wisdom is a passion project of mine to help mums with their mental health & wellbeing, as well as their children's.

A short self paced course followed by a 1:1 session to draw a self care map, perfect for those who have lost their way and need support to prioritise themselves and their self care. The course gives you the tools needed to reflect on past and future self care practices, the 1:1 session considers obstacles and problem solves ways for better success.
